JCPenney seeks a Seasonal Operations Associate to help create an outstanding customer experience by performing essential in-store operations before opening. This early morning role works with the task team to prepare merchandise and set up the floor to meet customer demand.

You will learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and contribute to a fast-paced team environment while supporting pricing, stock, and online order fulfillment as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work early morning shifts before store opening.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks such as stocking and unloading merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service on the sales floor.
• Execute pricing and signage updates across merchandise swiftly and accurately.
• Replenish and restock store to ensure correct styles and sizes are available.
• Receive and unload merchandise with the team and prepare it for the floor.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized backroom standards.
• Assist with online order pick up and fulfillment from the store.
• Implement merchandising plans and place items according to leadership guidance.
• Engage in a learning environment to quickly absorb new information about products and processes.
