Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to join our operations team. Work during the peak season to enhance the client experience, reporting to an Operations Manager and contributing to flawless execution of store-side logistics.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in operations/warehouse roles, comfort with retail tech, and can handle physical tasks up to 35 pounds. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in operations or warehouse roles.
• Familiar with retail and mobile technologies.
• Must be able to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare the merchandise for the selling floor.
• Prepare outbound merchandise to be shipped to a client, another store or the distribution center.
• Complete daily inventory control operations.
• Execute merchandise price changes as needed.
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed on the receiving dock and in all other work areas.
