Job summary

Family Resource Center is seeking an Operations Coordinator for the Twinkle Nights Drive-Thru Holiday light show. This contract, seasonal role leads on-site operations, coordinates volunteers, and ensures smooth nightly performance during events in Findlay, OH.

The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, and available for most event nights from late November to early January, including weekends and holidays. Prior event or nonprofit experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be 18 years or older and dependable.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities are required.
• Experience coordinating events or managing volunteers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary on-site contact during nights the show operates.
• Lead a team of volunteers for traffic, box office, and event duties.
• Perform nightly opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with volunteer recruitment, training, and scheduling.
• Create a welcoming, safe environment for volunteers and guests.
