Job summary

Brilliant Christmas Lights, LLC is hiring for a full-time NoCo Installer Crew Leader in Fort Collins, CO to install and remove holiday lighting on residential and commercial properties, working outdoors in all weather. You will lead a crew, ensure safety, and uphold high-quality standards.

The role requires at least 2 years of experience leading teams; training is provided. Expect a start in early October with Saturday work and a possible path to year-round employment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience leading teams; training is provided.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation and a smartphone.

Responsibilities

• Install and remove holiday lighting at residential and commercial properties.
• Safely use ladders, tools, and equipment at heights.
• Lead your crew to complete jobs efficiently with high quality.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service on-site.
• Work outdoors in various weather and seasons.
• Maintain a Monday-Saturday schedule with seasonal peak availability.
