Job summary

New Era Cap, LLC is seeking a Temporary Part-Time Operations Associate for our NYC Flagship Store in SoHo to support peak retail demand from late October through early January. You will handle inventory, maintain an organized stockroom, and assist back-of-house operations to ensure the store runs smoothly and delivers an exceptional customer experience.

This on-site role requires teamwork, physical stamina, and adherence to security protocols, including stock replenishment and event preparation.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with inventory systems and shipping/receiving is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays from late October through early January.

Responsibilities

• Assist with shipping and receiving and keep the stockroom organized.
• Support inventory counts and replenishment to maintain product availability.
• Collaborate with team to restock the sales floor and support store events.
