Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to support our peak-season operations. You will help unload, sort, and prepare merchandise for the selling floor and assist with outbound shipments while ensuring inventory accuracy.

Reporting to an Operations Manager, you’ll follow safety procedures, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and leverage retail tech to support smooth operations and a great customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in operations or warehouse roles.
• Familiar with retail and mobile technologies.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise for selling floor.
• Prepare outbound merchandise for shipping to clients or stores.
• Complete daily inventory control operations.
• Execute merchandise price changes as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures on receiving docks and work areas.
