Job summary

Neiman Marcus is hiring a Seasonal Operations Associate to support our luxury brand experience during peak season. You will work with the operations team to ensure timely handling of merchandise, accurate inventory, and flawless execution of tasks at the receiving dock and storage areas.

You will report to the Operations Manager, bring a people-first approach, and help deliver the high standard of service that defines the Neiman Marcus magic for customers across stores and digital channels.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in operations or warehouse roles.
• Familiar with retail and mobile technologies.
• Must be able to stand, lift up to 35 pounds, and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise for the selling floor.
• Prepare outbound merchandise for shipping to clients, stores or distribution centers.
• Complete daily inventory control operations.
• Execute merchandise price changes as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures on receiving dock and work areas.
