Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to support our operations team during peak season. Reporting to an Operations Manager, you will help deliver exceptional client experiences by handling receiving, inventory, and merchandising tasks with a people-first mindset.

You will unload, sort, and prepare merchandise for the floor, process outbound shipments, and assist with price changes and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an operations or warehouse role(s).
• Familiar with retail and mobile technologies.
• Requires standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 35 pounds.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare for selling floor.
• Prepare outbound merchandise to be shipped to client, store or distribution center.
• Complete daily inventory control operations.
• Execute merchandise price changes as needed.
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed on the receiving dock and in all work areas.
