Job summary

Neiman Marcus seeks a Seasonal Operations Associate to support our operations team during peak season. You will report to an Operations Manager and help ensure exceptional execution by prioritizing people-first service.

Responsibilities include unloading inbound merchandise, preparing outbound shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, updating prices, and adhering to safety procedures on dock and floor areas.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more in operations or warehouse roles.
• Familiar with retail technologies and mobile devices.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise for selling floor.
• Prepare outbound merchandise for shipping to client/store/DC.
• Perform daily inventory control operations.
• Execute merchandise price changes as needed.
• Follow safety procedures on the receiving dock and work areas.
