Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to support the operations team during the holiday peak. You will help unload and sort merchandise, prepare items for the selling floor, and assist with inventory control to ensure smooth store operations.

Reporting to an Operations Manager, you will work to enhance the client experience with a people-first mentality, including flexible schedules that may include nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in an operations or warehouse role
• Familiar with retail and mobile technologies
• Able to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 35 pounds
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare it for the selling floor
• Prepare outbound merchandise to be shipped to a client, another store or the distribution center
• Complete daily inventory control operations
• Execute merchandise price changes as needed
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed on the receiving dock and in all other work areas
