Job summary

Neiman Marcus in Austin is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to support the operations team during peak season. You will unload, sort, and prepare merchandise for the selling floor, and help ensure smooth daily routines on the receiving dock and in storage areas.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in operations or warehouse roles, are comfortable using retail tech and mobile devices, and can lift up to 35 pounds. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an operations or warehouse role.
• Familiar with and able to use retail and mobile technologies.
• Must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare for the selling floor.
• Prepare outbound merchandise to be shipped to a client, another store or the distribution center.
• Complete daily inventory control operations.
• Execute merchandise price changes as needed.
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed on the receiving dock and in all other work areas.
