Job summary

Staff Management | SMX at Callaway Golf NADC2 in Roanoke, TX is seeking a Seasonal Operations Lead to support the onsite operations team with attendance tracking, scheduling, reporting, and payroll support.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Operations team with Attendance uploads, audits, and New Hire System setup.
• Manage manual time-keeping and entries.
• Assist associates with FAQs and respond to inquiries.
• Conduct data accuracy audits for payroll reports and FLEX workers.
• Coordinate shift check-ins and communications for new hires and no-shows.
• Communicate policies and changes to associates; escalate issues as needed.
