Job summary

SSA Group is seeking a Seasonal Office Associate at the Central Florida Zoo in Sanford, FL. You will deliver warm, welcoming guest experiences, support park staff, and assist with recruiting and onboarding while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with experience in cash handling and Excel. Must be able to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Proficient in office functions, including online cash management systems, POS systems, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Live out 452 Hospitality by delivering warm, welcoming, and memorable experiences for every guest and client.
• Assist operational managers and park staff as needed, as delegated by the Administrative Operations Manager.
• Support recruiting efforts and onboarding of new employees.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Uphold company policies and procedures.
• Provide administrative support, including answering phones and word processing.
• Communicate documentation on discrepancies to the Administrative Operations Manager and other responsible staff.
• Maintain and secure the cash room, ensuring limited access and adherence to company policies.
• Issue and check in all banks, ensuring all paperwork and daily closing sheets are completed.
• Assist with uniform handling in the absence of the Administrative Operations Manager.
• Perform cash pick-ups, change orders, and reconcile daily receipts as needed.
• Manage I-9 forms and employee file maintenance.
• Contribute to community efforts through hiring, engagement activities, and opportunities for giving back.
• Perform other tasks as deemed necessary.
