Crab's Claw Oceanfront Caribbean Seafood Restaurant in Atlantic Beach, NC seeks an experienced Line Cook to manage all aspects of the kitchen during peak periods. You will oversee kitchen staff, ensure quality, and uphold high-volume prep, pantries, and fry station operations.

Seasonal intensity plus year-round duties require strong leadership, formal kitchen training, and SERVSAFE certification. Overtime and paid vacation after one year are available.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a busy kitchen.
• Formal kitchen training or culinary schooling.
• SERVSAFE certification is a plus.
