Crab's Claw Oceanfront Caribbean Seafood Restaurant in Atlantic Beach, NC is seeking a seasoned Sous Chef PM Closing Kitchen Manager to lead a fast-paced line and ensure consistent quality. Open lunches and dinners daily; you will oversee all kitchen stations, enforce food safety, train staff, and sustain high-volume, high-quality standards in a busy coastal kitchen.

Competenze

• Must be a Real Chef with Cooking Experience in All Aspects of the Line.
• At least 15 years of experience in the kitchen as a manager. Sous or Higher.
• Must follow Food Protocols and House Recipes.
• Experience with Fire Grill, Sautee, Pantry, Fryer and Steam Bar; all aspects of kitchen and preparation.
