Job summary

Crystal Mountain Ski Resort in Washington is seeking a Parking Attendant (Part Time) to manage vehicle flow and assist guests with parking in designated lots. You will monitor reservations, communicate clearly with guests, and coordinate with supervisors to ensure a safe, efficient parking experience.

The role requires outdoor work in varying weather, strong customer service, and the ability to operate handheld parking systems. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are common.

• Outdoor parking experience in extreme weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Manage vehicles and traffic control at parking entrances and exits.
• Assist guests with parking and direct them to designated spots to prevent congestion.
• Maintain daily vehicle counts and report parking violations to supervisors.
• Greet guests, answer questions and provide directions or parking-related guidance.
• Set up and tear down assigned parking lots and verify reservations using handheld systems.
