Job summary

Crystal Mountain Ski Resort in Washington is hiring a Parking Attendant to help manage vehicle flow, assist guests with parking, and keep entry/exit operations smooth. This full-time, on-site role requires outdoor work in varied weather and the ability to stand and communicate clearly with guests.

Wage range is $20.00–$22.00 per hour DOE, with housing eligibility for certain positions. Applicants should be at least 15 years old and prepared for day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Outdoor parking experience in variable weather conditions.
• Must be 15 years or older.
• Clear verbal and written communication with guests and team.
• Excellent customer service skills and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Manage vehicles and traffic control at each entrance/exit.
• Assist guests with parking and moving in/out of spots.
• Provide guidance on parking within assigned lot.
• Maintain daily vehicle counts and report as required.
• Communicate with supervisor and report violations.
• Direct drivers to spots and help avoid congestion.
• Set up and tear down assigned lot; update reservations via handheld systems.
• Greet guests and assist with directions or parking-related concerns.
