Job summary

Crystal Mountain is hiring a Ski & Bag Storage Attendant for the winter season in Washington. You will securely store, organize, and retrieve guest equipment while tagging and tracking items for accurate retrieval.

We seek a friendly, guest-focused individual with strong organizational skills who can work independently or in a team, and who is able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. POS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to tag, track, store, and retrieve equipment.
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn POS and storage software.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Open and prepare the Ski & Bag Storage facility daily.
• Store, organize, and retrieve guest equipment with tagging.
• Process storage transactions and reconcile daily payments.
• Maintain security and cleanliness of storage areas.
• Assist guests with carrying and transporting equipment.
