Alterra Mountain Company is seeking a Winter seasonal server for Crow’s Bench. The role centers on delivering outstanding guest service, taking and delivering orders, and maintaining a clean dining area while following food safety standards.

Knowledge of the menu, allergens, and a strong guest-service mindset are essential. This winter-season position requires being 19 or older, with training provided for Idaho alcohol beverage handling and food safety.

Formación

• Minimum six months of experience in related position.
• Must be 19 years or older to apply.
• Idaho alcohol beverage training and food handlers certifications (we will help you obtain).

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional food, beer, liquor and wine service to guests.
• Take orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area and adhere to safety standards.
• Knowledge of menu items and allergens; interact with guests professionally.
• Open and close duties, including cash handling and side work.
