Job summary

Sonnenalp is seeking enthusiastic Full-Time Seasonal Food & Beverage Servers for the 2026–2027 winter season at Harvest, the signature restaurant at Sonnenalp Club in Edwards. You will take orders, run food, and provide genuine hospitality in a mountain setting.

Ideal candidates bring a friendly demeanor, willingness to learn selling strategies, and ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Training and team collaboration ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Serving experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Set the restaurant for business: handle opening/closing duties, table settings, and side work.
• Know menu items, ingredients, and inform guests of specials; assist with drink selections.
• Serve food and drinks while building professional guest relationships.
• Fill in for absent staff as needed.
• Greet and seat guests; support coworkers with running food and bussing.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and perform basic cleaning.
• Adhere to grooming standards.
• Participate in F&B training and wine seminars.
• Represent Sonnenalp Food and Beverage team.
