Alterra Mountain Company is seeking a Taps server for Schweitzer, offering a friendly, fast-paced environment with alcoholic beverage service. Seasonal, full- or part-time positions available, with a starting wage of $9.00 per hour plus tips.

You will greet guests, take orders, handle payments, and maintain a clean dining area while upholding safety and service standards. Must enjoy teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year serving experience; beer knowledge preferred.
• English reading, writing and communication; basic math.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly.
• Accurately take orders and deliver them promptly.
• Monitor tables, clear dishware and glasses.
• ID guests per Idaho liquor laws; monitor intoxication.
• Present checks and process payments; reconcile POS; bring own bank.
• Maintain dining area cleanliness and follow safety rules.
• Stay positive, pro-active and work well with the team.
• Stay busy during slow times and handle side work.
