Job summary

Michaels Stores is hiring for a Store Team Member in a fast-paced retail environment. You will assist customers, handle checkout, and support in-store fulfillment processes to ensure a positive shopping experience.

You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and merchandising, while upholding store standards and safety programs. Evening and weekend hours are common in this role.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong cash handling and point-of-sale skills.
• Ability to engage customers with rewards programs and card enrollments.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Operate fast, friendly checkout and cash handling to standards.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys and enroll them in rewards/credit programs.
• Assist omni-channel processes (BOPIS and SFS).
• Support truck unload, stocking, and planogram compliance.
• Maintain shelves, recover merchandise, and keep store well merchandised.
