Job summary

Total Wine & More is hiring a Merchandiser to support in-store operations, inventory handling, and curbside/delivery services where required. You will greet customers, build relationships, and learn about wine, spirits, and beer through training.

The role requires 1–3 years of retail experience, familiarity with POS and inventory tools, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. This position emphasizes safety, compliance, and a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize inventory, process freight, stock merchandise, and build displays.
• Deliver excellent service by greeting customers and informing about products.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and a safe store environment.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
• Load and deliver orders safely if delivery is an essential function.
