Job summary

Total Wine & More seeks a Seasonal Merchandiser to maximize in-store inventory, stock shelves, build displays, and support curbside and online orders while delivering friendly, personalized service. The role emphasizes engagement with customers and product knowledge across wine, spirits, and beer, with duties including promotions and compliance.

You will participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products, maximize inventory, process freight, stock shelves and build displays.
• Support online business operations including fulfilling orders and curbside pickup/delivery when assigned.
• Deliver exceptional service and create a personalized shopping experience for customers.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol-sale regulations.
• Load and deliver orders safely and professionally when required.
