Job summary

Total Wine & More in Fort Worth, TX is hiring Seasonal Store Team Members to support in-store and curbside operations, inventory, and customer service. You will greet customers, stock merchandise, and participate in wine, spirits, and beer trainings to boost product knowledge.

You will ensure clean, safe store conditions, process orders, and assist with online business operations and delivery services when assigned. This role may involve evenings/weekends and requires 21+ years of age.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience, 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.
• 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, placing signage, and supporting digital business operations.
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers, engaging to build relationships, and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
• Load and deliver orders in a safe and professional manner, following company policies and procedures.
