Job summary

Victoria's Secret & Co. is hiring a Merchandise Processor to perform fast-paced picking and packing in a distribution center. The role requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds while ensuring accuracy in product counts to meet store needs.

The position includes weekend evening shifts (3:45 PM - 2:15 AM) with PM weekend pay, holidays from day one, and employee discounts. A safe, temperature-controlled work environment and a $200 referral bonus are offered along with EAP support.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to accurately count, pick, pull and pack inventory.
• Verify quantities and fulfill orders with basic math checks.
• Operate RF scanners, tablets/computers and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Adhere to all safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Lift cases and inventory up to 25 pounds during the shift.
• Be flexible to work in other DC areas when needed.

Description

The Merchandise Processor is a very demanding position that requires the continuous lifting of up to 25lbs/11kgs. It requires steady, fast-paced work and focuses on the correct picking/packing of many items. Associates stand and walk for the duration of the shift. Selecting the correct product and the number of products to fulfill store needs is the focus of this position. The ability to match, count and verify products are needed skills. Attention to detail, basic counting, and reasoning skills are necessary.

3:45 PM - 2:15 AM Saturday & Sunday

$19.25 Per Hour PM Weekend Shift Pay

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow department SOP’s to accurately count pick, pull and pack inventory
• Apply basic math skills to verify and adjust quantities, and accurately fulfill orders
• Operate a computer/tablet, RF scanner, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and/or manual tracking information to facilitate the flow of inventory through the DC
• Adhere to all company safety protocols, to ensure a safe work environment
• Lifting cases, cartons and inventory up to and down from conveyor lines or storage areas.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds continuously throughout the entire shift, including lifting items both above and below shoulder level
• Adhere to all company safety protocols, to ensure a safe work environment
• When necessary, individual is flexible and willing to work in other areas of the DC
