Job summary

Victoria's Secret is seeking a Merchandise Processor to support receiving, counting, and packing inventory in our Columbus DC. The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and using RF scanners and a Warehouse Management System to move items efficiently.

Shifts run on weekends with a PM schedule. The job emphasizes accuracy, speed, and attention to detail, with safety protocols and a strong teamwork culture across the distribution center.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and basic math.
• Ability to stand/walk for the shift and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Familiarity with warehouse tech: RF devices and WMS.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to accurately count, pick, pull and pack inventory.
• Apply basic math to verify quantities and fulfill orders.
• Operate computer/tablet, RF scanner, and WMS to track inventory flow.
• Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Lift cases and inventory up to 25 pounds throughout the shift.
• Be flexible to work in other DC areas when needed.

Description

The Merchandise Processor is a very demanding position that requires the continuous lifting of up to 25lbs/11kgs. It requires steady, fast-paced work and focuses on the correct picking/packing of many items. Associates stand and walk for the duration of the shift. Selecting the correct product and the number of products to fulfill store needs is the focus of this position. The ability to match, count and verify products are needed skills. Attention to detail, basic counting, and reasoning skills are necessary.

3:45 PM - 2:15 AM Saturday & Sunday

$19.25 Per Hour PM Weekend Shift Pay

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow department SOP’s to accurately count pick, pull and pack inventory
• Apply basic math skills to verify and adjust quantities, and accurately fulfill orders
• Operate a computer/tablet, RF scanner, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and/or manual tracking information to facilitate the flow of inventory through the DC
• Adhere to all company safety protocols, to ensure a safe work environment
• Lifting cases, cartons and inventory up to and down from conveyor lines or storage areas.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds continuously throughout the entire shift, including lifting items both above and below shoulder level
• Adhere to all company safety protocols, to ensure a safe work environment
• When necessary, individual is flexible and willing to work in other areas of the DC
