Job summary

Victoria's Secret & Co. is seeking a Merchandise Processor in Ohio to support fast-paced fulfillment operations. The role requires standing for long periods, frequent lifting of up to 25 lbs, and precise picking, packing, and inventory verification to meet store needs.

The weekend PM shift includes pay premium, with holidays paid from day one and a 40% brand discount. Safety-first environment and a referral bonus contribute to a supportive DC team.

Qualifications

• Ability to count, match and verify products.
• Ability to follow SOPs and use basic math for quantity verification.

Responsibilities

• Follow department SOPs to accurately count pick, pull and pack inventory.
• Apply basic math skills to verify and adjust quantities, and accurately fulfill orders.
• Operate a computer/tablet, RF scanner, WMS, and/or manual tracking information to facilitate the flow of inventory through the DC.
• Adhere to all company safety protocols, to ensure a safe work environment.
• Lifting cases, cartons and inventory up to and down from conveyor lines or storage areas.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds continuously throughout the entire shift, including lifting items both above and below shoulder level.
• Adhere to all company safety protocols, to ensure a safe work environment.
• When necessary, individual is flexible and willing to work in other areas of the DC.

Description

The Merchandise Processor is a very demanding position that requires the continuous lifting of up to 25lbs/11kgs. It requires steady, fast-paced work and focuses on the correct picking/packing of many items. Associates stand and walk for the duration of the shift. Selecting the correct product and the number of products to fulfill store needs is the focus of this position. The ability to match, count and verify products are needed skills. Attention to detail, basic counting, and reasoning skills are necessary.

3:45 PM - 2:15 AM Saturday & Sunday

$19.25 Per Hour PM Weekend Shift Pay
