Job summary

Victoria's Secret is seeking a Merchandise Processor in Columbus, OH for a demanding, fast-paced role. You will count, pull, and pack inventory, use RF scanners and WMS to track items, and maintain accuracy while standing for most of the shift.

Prioritize safety and efficiency to meet store needs. The PM shift runs 3:45 PM – 2:15 AM with pay around $17.75/hour, plus benefits such as holidays, discounts, and an EAP.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and basic counting/verification skills are required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds continuously during the shift and stand/walk for long periods.
• Follow department SOPs to accurately count, pull and pack inventory.

Description

The Merchandise Processor is a very demanding position that requires the continuous lifting of up to 25lbs/11kgs. It requires steady, fast-paced work and focuses on the correct picking/packing of many items. Associates stand and walk for the duration of the shift. Selecting the correct product and the number of products to fulfill store needs is the focus of this position. The ability to match, count and verify products are needed skills. Attention to detail, basic counting, and reasoning skills are necessary.

2nd Shift PM Hours: 3:45 PM - 2:15 AM

$17.75 Per Hour PM Shift Pay

• Follow department SOP’s to accurately count pick, pull and pack inventory
• Apply basic math skills to verify and adjust quantities, and accurately fulfill orders
• Operate a computer/tablet, RF scanner, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and/or manual tracking information to facilitate the flow of inventory through the DC
• Adhere to all company safety protocols, to ensure a safe work environment
• Lifting cases, cartons and inventory up to and down from conveyor lines or storage areas.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds continuously throughout the entire shift, including lifting items both above and below shoulder level
