Job summary

Victoria's Secret & Co. is seeking a Merchandise Processor in Dublin, OH for a fast-paced warehouse role. You will count, pick and pack items, operate RF scanners and the Warehouse Management System, and ensure accurate fulfillment of store needs.

Lifting up to 25 lbs and standing for the shift are required. The base pay is $17.00 per hour, with weekend PM pay at $19.25 per hour. Benefits include paid holidays from day one, a 40% brand discount, a safe working environment, and a $200 referral

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy in picking/packing
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs continuously and stand/walk throughout shift

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to count, pick, pull and pack inventory accurately
• Apply basic math to verify and adjust quantities and fulfill orders
• Operate a computer/tablet, RF scanner and WMS to track inventory
• Adhere to safety protocols for a safe work environment
• Lift cases and cartons up to 25 pounds from conveyor lines or storage areas
• Be flexible to work in other areas of the DC as needed

The Merchandise Processor is a very demanding position that requires the continuous lifting of up to 25lbs/11kgs. It requires steady, fast-paced work and focuses on the correct picking/packing of many items. Associates stand and walk for the duration of the shift. Selecting the correct product and the number of products to fulfill store needs is the focus of this position. The ability to match, count and verify products are needed skills. Attention to detail, basic counting, and reasoning skills are necessary.

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow department SOP’s to accurately count pick, pull and pack inventory
• Apply basic math skills to verify and adjust quantities, and accurately fulfill orders
• Operate a computer/tablet, RF scanner, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and/or manual tracking information to facilitate the flow of inventory through the DC
• Adhere to all company safety protocols, to ensure a safe work environment
• Lifting cases, cartons and inventory up to and down from conveyor lines or storage areas.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds continuously throughout the entire shift, including lifting items both above and below shoulder level
• Adhere to all company safety protocols, to ensure a safe work environment
