Job summary

Victoria's Secret & Co. is seeking a Merchandise Processor in Grove City, OH. The role focuses on accurate picking and packing, counting and verifying products, and maintaining a safe, efficient workflow on the dock floor.

Shifts run 3:45 PM - 2:15 AM on Saturday and Sunday with a weekend pay premium of $19.25 per hour. Basic benefits include holidays from day one, employee discounts, and an Employee Assistance Program.

Qualifications

• Basic counting and attention to detail.

• Experience with RF scanners and WMS is helpful.
• Follow SOPs and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Follow department SOPs to accurately count, pick, pull and pack inventory.
• Apply basic math to verify quantities and fulfill orders.
• Operate RF scanner, WMS, or manual tracking to move inventory.
• Adhere to safety protocols and work environment standards.
• Lift cases and inventory as part of the packing process.
• Be flexible to work in other DC areas when needed.

Description

The Merchandise Processor is a very demanding position that requires the continuous lifting of up to 25lbs/11kgs. It requires steady, fast-paced work and focuses on the correct picking/packing of many items. Associates stand and walk for the duration of the shift. Selecting the correct product and the number of products to fulfill store needs is the focus of this position. The ability to match, count and verify products are needed skills. Attention to detail, basic counting, and reasoning skills are necessary.

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow department SOP’s to accurately count pick, pull and pack inventory
• Apply basic math skills to verify and adjust quantities, and accurately fulfill orders
• Operate a computer/tablet, RF scanner, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and/or manual tracking information to facilitate the flow of inventory through the DC
• Adhere to all company safety protocols, to ensure a safe work environment
• Lifting cases, cartons and inventory up to and down from conveyor lines or storage areas.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds continuously throughout the entire shift, including lifting items both above and below shoulder level
• Adhere to all company safety protocols, to ensure a safe work environment
• When necessary, individual is flexible and willing to work in other areas of the DC
