Job summary

Discovery Land Company seeks a Seasonal Member Services Coordinator for its Hamptons locations in Westhampton Beach and East Quogue. The role supports front desk, spa/fitness, and retail, ensuring a warm, welcoming atmosphere for members and guests this summer season (April–September 2027).

H-2B visa sponsorship is available. The ideal candidate has guest service experience, strong English communication, and a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of guest service experience in a high-volume environment.
• Outgoing and well-spoken personality; able to interact clearly with members and guests.
• Experience with Word, Excel, Publisher, Power Point, Email; willingness to learn new programs used by the Club.

Responsibilities

• Meet members/guests upon arrival and departure and greet them by name.
• Create and maintain member profiles and preferences.
• Coordinate with residential services and housekeeping on requests, arrivals, changes and departures.
• Relay requests and issue reports to relevant departments and follow up on resolution.
• Manage hotel reservation requests within the club lodging software.
• Support retail operations, including opening/closing the boutique and assisting customers.
• Create reports on onsite activity and upcoming visit forecasts.
• Produce calendars, newsletters, and app communications for members.
