Job summary

Discovery Land Company is seeking a seasonal full-time Member Services Coordinator for Dune Deck Beach Club in the Hamptons (Westhampton Beach and East Quogue, NY). The role runs April 2027 through September 2027. H-2B visa sponsorship is available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• H-2B visa sponsorship available; actively working in the US on an active H-2B visa and seeking extension for the upcoming season.
• At least 6 months of prior guest service experience in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet members/guests on arrival and departure; greet by name.
• Create and maintain member profiles and preferences.
• Coordinate with residential services and housekeeping on requests and changes.
• Relay requests and issues; follow up to ensure resolution; refer to Director of Member Services when needed.
• Manage hotel reservation requests within the club lodging software.
• Update the mobile app with events; respond to member inquiries via chat.
