Job summary

Discovery Land Company’s Hamptons location seeks a Seasonal full-time Member Services Coordinator for Dune Deck Beach Club. Responsibilities include greeting members, managing profiles, coordinating with housekeeping, and handling reservations and app updates.

You will support spa bookings, fitness spaces, and the boutique, with daily reporting and guest relations. The role requires a high school diploma, strong guest service experience, excellent communication, and flexibility to work evenings,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• H-2B Visa Sponsorship: Seeking in-country extension candidates actively working in the US on an active H-2B visa.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests on arrival/departure and address them by name.
• Create and maintain member profiles and preferences.
• Coordinate with residential services and housekeeping for requests and changes.
• Relay requests and reports to relevant departments and follow up on resolutions.
• Manage hotel reservation requests in club lodging software.
• Update the mobile app with events and sign-ups; respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate Well-Being vendors and pop-up programs.
• Prepare itineraries and arrange transportation and activities for members and guests.
• Maintain a local vendor list for referrals.
• Answer club phones and transfer calls as needed.
• Book Spa appointments and coordinate with therapists.
• Direct guests to gym and treatment areas; set up fitness spaces.
• Assist boutique operations and restock inventory; support trunk shows.
• Create daily onsite activity reports and a 10-day forecast of visits and requests.
• Develop written communications and guides (calendars, newsletters, app notifications).
• Other duties as assigned.
