Job summary

Discovery Land Company’s Hamptons locations, Dune Deck Beach Club in Westhampton Beach and The Hills in East Quogue, are seeking Seasonal Servers to join the Food & Beverage - Service Department for April 1, 2027 to October 31, 2027. H-2B visa sponsorship is available.

You will greet guests, explain menu and allergens, assist with service, input orders into POS, and work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in high-volume restaurants, resorts, or private clubs.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors, including long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and members by name when possible and provide friendly service.
• Know offerings, ingredients, and allergens; assist with any guest concerns.
• Run food, clear tables, reset china, glassware, and silverware as needed.
• Input orders into the POS and ensure check accuracy throughout service.
• Communicate effectively with teammates and managers during service.
• Complete opening and closing procedures and maintain cleanliness.
