Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse (DPC RN) for its Seasonal Nursing Pool in Boynton Beach. This per diem, contract-based role covers 12-, 16-, 18-, or 24-week assignments with three 12-hour shifts per week and every other weekend.

The DPC RN demonstrates assessment, technical, communication, and critical thinking skills to deliver patient-family centered care across units. Float to all areas as needed, while adhering to Baptist Health standards and safety

Qualifications

• ASN, Licensed Registered Nurse eligible to practice in FL; have BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP (dependent upon unit) certification by the AHA or American Red Cross.
• Minimum Required Experience: 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Float to all areas within the hospital as needed or assigned.
• Work three twelve hour shifts per week and every other weekend during the Agreement period for a total of 36 hours per week.
