Job summary

Baptist Health Boca Raton Regional Hospital is seeking a Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse (DPC RN) to provide patient-family centered care across units. The RN must hold FL licensure with ASN and carry BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP as required by the unit.

This is a Seasonal Nursing Pool contract offering 12-, 16-, 18-, or 24-week terms with a 36-hour work week, including float to all areas. Seasonal employment will not include PTO or participation in standard Baptist Health South Florida benefit

Qualifications

• ASN, Licensed Registered Nurse eligible to practice in FL; BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP as required by unit.

Responsibilities

• Float to all areas within the hospital as needed.
• Work three twelve hour shifts per week and every other weekend for 36 hours per week.
• Deliver patient-family centered care in a compassionate, evidence-based manner.
