Job summary

Baptist Health Boca Raton Regional Hospital in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse (DPC RN) to join the Seasonal Nursing Pool for 12, 16, 18, or 24 weeks. The role requires acute Medical Surgical/Ortho experience and FL RN licensure with required certifications.

Expect float coverage, 36 hours weekly across three 12-hour shifts, and compliance with facility standards. Seasonal Nursing Pool employees are non-benefited and not eligible for PTO or other incentive

Qualifications

• 2+ years of acute Medical Surgical/Ortho experience.
• ASN and FL RN license with BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP as required by unit.
• Must hold or obtain pediatric/ neonatal certifications if required by unit.

Responsibilities

• Float to all areas within the hospital as needed or assigned.
• Work three 12-hour shifts per week and every other weekend for a total of 36 hours per week.
