Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse for the Seasonal Nursing Pool in Boynton Beach. The role is a licensed professional delivering patient-family centered care across units as needed, with 7A–7:30P shifts and a per diem schedule.

Contract options include 12, 16, 18, or 24 weeks. Nurses float across hospital areas, work three 12-hour shifts weekly, and may not accrue PTO during the period; compensation starts at $62.00 per hour depending on unit and shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum Required Experience: 2 years.
• ASN, Licensed Registered Nurse eligible to practice in FL; have BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP (dependent upon unit) certification by the AHA or American Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Float to all areas within the hospital as needed or assigned
• Work any three twelve hour shifts per week and every other weekend during the Agreement period for a total of 36 hours per week
• Seasonal Nursing Pool employees are not eligible for PTO or Baptist Health South Florida benefits during the period
