Job summary

Baptist Health seeks a Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse (DPC RN) for the Seasonal Nursing Pool in Florida. The nurse must float to all units, work three 12-hour shifts weekly, and support care delivery with evidence-based practices.

Minimum RN experience is 2 years with BLS and ACLS; ASN plus FL licensure eligibility is required, with PALS and NRP dependent on unit. This is a temporary, 36-hours-per-week contract with premium standards of care.

Qualifications

• Two years OR RN experience required.
• BLS and ACLS required.
• ASN, Licensed Registered Nurse eligible to practice in FL; have BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP (dependent upon unit) certification by the AHA or American Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-family centered care in a culturally competent manner.
• Deliver care utilizing evidence-based standards of quality, safety and service.
• Float to all areas within the hospital as needed or assigned; work three 12-hour shifts per week with every other weekend.
