Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse for the Seasonal Nursing Pool in Boynton Beach. This per‑diem/seasonal role requires flexibility to float across units and cover shifts as needed.

Qualified candidates hold an ASN with FL RN licensure, BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP, and a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience. Contract options range from 12 to 24 weeks with specific terms outlined.

Qualifications

• ASN and FL RN license eligible to practice.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS and NRP certifications required.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Seasonal Nursing Pool requires contract commitments.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-family centered care in a hospital setting.
• Float to all hospital areas as needed.
• Work three 12-hour shifts per week with every other weekend.
• Seasonal pool terms: no PTO and not eligible for select Baptist Health benefits.
