Job summary

Qualifications

• RN with 0–2 years of clinical nursing experience in acute care required.
• State licensure as an RN is required.
• BLS required; ACLS/PALS/NRP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Conduct patient assessments and document findings.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for side effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures and collaborate on care plans.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in code team activities.
• Educate patients and families on care and discharge instructions.
• Maintain infection control and monitor equipment.
