Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in acute care required.
• RN licensure and BLS required; ACLS/PALS preferred.
• Strong knowledge of nursing processes and patient care safety.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers patient-centered care per the nursing process.
• Documents findings and reports condition changes to the care team.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for side effects.
• Collaborates with physicians and staff to plan and evaluate care.
• Responds to medical emergencies and participates in CPR/code activities as appropriate.
• Educates patients and families and upholds infection control standards.
