Job summary

Brunswick Corporation, through Freedom Boat Club, hires for a seasonal dockside team member near the water. You will greet guests, answer calls, assist with check-in/out using a handheld tablet, and help with maintenance of vessels and the marina location.

The role requires weekend/holiday availability, outdoor work in varying weather, and basic guidance for members. 401k match and wellbeing programs are offered.

Qualifications

• Background check and drug screen required.
• Must be at least 18 years old with valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Experience in or around boats is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and greet members at the docks following standards.
• Assist with check-in/check-out and reservation prep on tablets.
• Provide basic guidance and maintain vessel and dock cleanliness.
• Maintain professional appearance and follow safety policies.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions and on weekends/holidays.
