Brunswick, a global marine leader and Freedom Boat Club division, is seeking friendly, customer-focused dock attendants to greet members and support check-in on the docks.

This part-time role requires weekday, weekend, and holiday availability, and offers pay at $15 per hour plus Brunswick benefits including 401k match and wellbeing program. You will work outside near the water and help with reservations, equipment checks, and daily clerical tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Comfortable using handheld tablets.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
• Anticipate and address guests' service needs.
• Thank guests with genuine appreciation.
• Make and answer telephone calls using appropriate etiquette.
• Manage the check-in and check-out process using a handheld tablet.
• Perform equipment checks to make sure all necessary equipment is functional and on board.
• Clean and maintain vessels and club location according to company standards.
• Daily clerical work to prepare reservation system, fuel logs, and weather reports.
• Familiarize yourself with local waters in order to provide basic guidance to members.
