JOB SUMMARY

Toledo Ice Cream, a DFA company, has immediate openings for two Seasonal Maintenance Workers. These roles involve performing maintenance duties such as building and facility painting, grounds upkeep, irrigation, and repairs/improvements as assigned. The workers will be required to follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and communicate effectively with all departments.

SEASONAL RATE: $20.00 hourly

JOB DURATION: Temp/Seasonal – ASAP through September 2025

SCHEDULE: One 1st Shift opening, Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, and one 2nd Shift opening, Monday through Friday, 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm

Qualifications

• Preferably 4+ years of professional experience in interior/exterior painting for residential or commercial properties
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to perform basic math operations in all units of measure using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
• Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background, and criminal checks
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and assist others with lifting when required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Legible handwriting for record-keeping entries
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
