Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Maintains positive attitude and reliability.
• Capable of working independently while contributing to a team.
• Comfortable performing physically active work outdoors in varying weather.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Maintenance Technicians with routine repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain guest cabins, employee housing, public spaces, shops, and facilities.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks involving mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and building systems under supervision.
• Support seasonal property needs, including snow removal, stacking firewood, painting, and grounds maintenance.
• Complete regular inspections of facilities and equipment; report concerns.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and prioritize daily work.
