Jackson Fork Ranch in Hugo, Wyoming, is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to care for guest rentals and a private estate. The role involves preventive maintenance, repairs, groundskeeping, irrigation, and snow removal, with year-round, full-time commitment.

You will follow maintenance schedules, handle work orders, and ensure safety across all properties. Housing is provided on the ranch, with a small, capable team and opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in residential or hospitality settings.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
• Experience with groundskeeping, landscaping, and irrigation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Property maintenance: Handle routine and responsive repairs across guest rentals and the private estate, ensuring safety and aesthetics.
• Building systems and work orders: Follow preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems; complete work orders with clear records.
• Groundskeeping: Care for landscaping, irrigation, driveways, and common areas for seasonal appeal.
• Seasonal work: Plow and clear snow, winterize and reopen systems, prepare properties for Wyoming weather.
• Safety: Follow safety protocols and address hazards promptly.
• Teamwork: Report to the Maintenance Supervisor and collaborate with the ranch team to minimize guest disruption.

About the Role

We're looking for a skilled, hands on Maintenance Technician to help care for the Jackson Fork Ranch. You'll keep our guest rentals ready for every arrival and help maintain a private owner's estate to the highest standard. It's a varied job: preventive maintenance and repairs one day, irrigation and groundskeeping the next, and snow removal when winter shows up. Full-time, year-round.

What You'll Do

• Property maintenance: Handle routine and responsive repairs across our guest rentals and the private estate, so every building and system is safe, working, and looking its best.
• Building systems and work orders: Follow preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Complete work orders efficiently and keep clear records.
• Groundskeeping: Care for landscaping, irrigation, driveways, and common areas so the properties look great in every season.
• Seasonal work: Plow and clear snow, winterize and reopen systems, and get properties ready for whatever Wyoming weather brings.
• Safety: Follow safety protocols on every task, and report and address hazards right away.
• Teamwork: Report to the Maintenance Supervisor and work with the rest of the ranch team to get things done with minimal disruption to guests and daily operations.

What You Bring

Required

• At least 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience, ideally in residential or hospitality settings
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
• Experience with groundskeeping, landscaping, and irrigation
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
• Availability for on call emergency response

Nice to have

• Experience maintaining luxury homes or high end hospitality properties
• Experience with Wyoming winters and mountain weather
• Knowledge of guest rental readiness standards
• Trade certifications or specialized training

Working Conditions

This job moves between properties and happens outdoors in every kind of weather, including extreme cold. Expect regular lifting, climbing, and bending, and on call availability for emergencies.
