Responsibilities

Maintain Ranch buildings, equipment, grounds, and infrastructure.
Complete work orders timely and professionally.
Assist with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, and basic repairs.
Maintain guest cabins, employee housing, public spaces, and facilities.
Support preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
Help maintain Ranch vehicles, tools, and utility systems.
Support seasonal renovations and improvements.
Assist with snow removal, ice mitigation, and weather-related needs.
Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Respond to maintenance requests with guest-focused service.
Collaborate with other departments to support operations.
