Job summary

Capital Vacations is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the upkeep of our Sales Center and Welcome Center, ensuring facilities operate smoothly and safely.

You will implement preventative maintenance, handle painting, plumbing, electrical work, and basic repairs, and assist guests when needed. This role offers growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, 401(k), and travel perks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Good driving record with no significant violations.
• Experience in general resort maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to read construction work orders and use basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Implements preventative maintenance programs for facilities and equipment.
• Performs painting, plumbing, electrical work, and basic repairs.
• Maintains daily upkeep of Sales Center and Welcome Center.
• Notifies manager of issues and assists guests as needed.

The Maintenance Technician implements the upkeep and maintenance of the Sales Center and Welcome Center.

What you're great at:

• Implements preventative maintenance programs such as A/C filters, fire extinguishers, and appliances
• Maintains daily upkeep, included but not limited to painting, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, hanging drywall and landscaping clean-up
• Completes maintenance calls, general upkeep of Sales Center and Welcome Center
• Notifies manager of any issues
• Assists guests when needed
• Completes all other duties as requested
